Pula Golf near Son Servera, is a beautiful, secure, residential complex of houses and apartments set on the golf course at the foot of the hills near the coast of Costa dels Pins.


The properties have beautiful mountain, sea and golf course views.


Pula Golf is made up of the golf course and two separate hotels - Pula Golf Hotel and Pula Suites Boutique Hotel.

There is direct access to the “Via Verda” which stretches for nearly 29 kilometres. The Via Verda is a former train track which has been converted into a pedestrian and cycle path. It runs from Arta to Manacor. A short 10 minute walk along the Via Verda from Pula takes you to another highly-rated traditional Mallorcan restaurant.


The town of Son Servara is a 5 minute drive from Pula. The town is open all year round and has many restaurants, bars and a market every Friday. There are also supermarkets, sports facilities, medical centres, pharmacies, and a selection of retail shops.


The beach towns of Cala Bona and Cala Millor are 10 minutes drive from Pula, with harbours, beautiful beaches, clothes shops and many restaurants, bars and hotels. There is also a Go Karting track, paddle club, and playgrounds for children.


In our opinion, this is one of the best year-round locations on the island.
