Pula Golf near Son Servera, is a beautiful, secure, residential complex of houses and apartments set on the golf course at the foot of the hills near the coast of Costa dels Pins.
The properties have beautiful mountain, sea and golf course views.
Pula Golf is made up of the golf course and two separate hotels - Pula Golf Hotel and Pula Suites Boutique Hotel.
Property owners can use the facilities of the 5* Pula Suites Boutique Hotel (pool, gym, spa, tennis courts, restaurants and bars). There is a fine dining restaurant, bar and poolside snack and pizza bar. Property owners receive 20% off food and drink at this hotel via a discount card. Tennis is also available at a discounted rate.
The Pula Golf Hotel is part of the Golf Club which has a further restaurant and bar that owners can use.
Properties on Pula can be rented on a long-term basis (or to friends and family) but they do not qualify for holiday rental licenses.
There is direct access to the “Via Verda” which stretches for nearly 29 kilometres. The Via Verda is a former train track which has been converted into a pedestrian and cycle path. The town of Son Servara is a 5 minute drive from Pula. The town is open all year round and has many restaurants, bars and a market every Friday. There are also supermarkets, sports facilities, medical centres, pharmacies, and a selection of retail shops.
The beach towns of Cala Bona and Cala Millor are 10 minutes drive from Pula, with harbours, beautiful beaches, clothes shops and many restaurants, bars and hotels. There is also a Go Karting track, paddle club, and playgrounds for children.
In our opinion, this is one of the best year-round locations on the island.
